After less than a year entirely devoted to web design, I achieved the honor of winning Site of the Year 2022 in Bulgaria. This accomplishment opened numerous doors and opportunities for me, confirming that my true calling lies in creating creative web and digital solutions.

Motivated by this realization, I decided to establish the digital agency - Digital New Era, which I believe has the chance to raise the standards of web design. I can't wait to continue this journey :)

Due to the dynamics and volatility of the markets and sector, we have had to restructure the teams in the organization and have been given the opportunity to seemingly 'downgrade' from Team Lead to Senior WordPress Developer, but realistically this is a bigger opportunity for me at this time.

Two years after my start at Netnation and a team that has expanded tenfold, I took the position of Team Leader, which opened up additional opportunities for me.

I began to be responsible for my teammates, their successful implementation and continuous improvement. I was involved in a series of internal corporate projects, my goals were to improve UX and UI. I also stepped out of my comfort zone into a series of internal corporate trainings on - Web Design Fundamentals.

A year later, I moved to the city of Sofia, where during the darkest periods of the global pandemic, I became the first member of the Professional Services team at Netnation. There I further developed and deepened my skills in building truly professional websites with WordPress.

Where apart from the skill of building sites with the CMS, I also learnt the skills of negotiation, sales, client consultation, various designs from web, to logo design and business cards. I learned best practices for security in a corporate environment, project management and migrating them successfully.

I started my career in the sector at an affiliate marketing agency - Perfomalis, dealing mainly with the promotion of online casinos and betting platforms in Varna at the end of my first year as a student.

Thanks to the close-knit and professional team there, I managed to learn a hell of a lot in a hell of a short time, which laid a solid foundation for my future web career.
